If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with this policy.

2.1 Purchases Made at Conventions, Events, or Third-Party Retailers

The following purchases are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges through B4 Manga Inc.:

  • Products purchased in person at conventions, expos, pop-up shops, or events through the B4 Manga booth
  • Products purchased through third-party partners, retailers, marketplaces, or resellers

All sales made at conventions, live events, or through third-party retailers are considered final unless otherwise required by law.

If you purchased a B4 Manga product from a third-party partner or retailer, you must contact that seller directly and follow their return and refund policies. B4 Manga Inc. does not process refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for third-party sales.

3. Physical Product Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase
  • The item must be:
    • Unused
    • Undamaged
    • In original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

An item may be returned if it:

  • Arrived damaged
  • Is missing parts or accessories
  • Does not match the order placed

4. Non-Returnable Items & Digital Goods

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless required by law:

  • Downloadable digital products
  • Digital coins or credits
  • Licensed digital content
  • Subscription-based or accessed digital services
