Although, we are happy to honor your request for a refund under the following conditions:

Product Not Delivered: If you encounter a situation where you do not receive the delivery email from us due to mail issues, B4 Manga Inc may request proof of your report to the mail service regarding the missing item.

Incorrect Coin Balance: If you encounter a situation where your Coin balance isn’t showing the correct balance after Reloading/Purchasing new coins, please try the following before contacting us.

Confirm your purchase did process and complete by going to My Account > Orders
Clear your Browser Cache
Log in and out of your account

Issue With Product Download: If you encounter difficulties when downloading the product, B4 Manga Inc recommends contacting your browser provider’s support team. B4 Manga Inc ensures compatibility with all major browsers, and issues of this nature typically come from the browser, firewall, or network settings.

Product Not as Described: Refund requests based on this reason are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our approval. To avoid such claims, we encourage all customers to review our free samples, such as video overviews, demo links, product samples, and screenshots, for each product type before making a purchase.

Select the item and choose Request Return, Request Exchange, or Cancel Order
Provide your Order ID and Online Access Code
Select a reason from the dropdown menu and submit your request

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we may offer store credit or an alternative.
Returns may incur shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Cancellations are only accepted before the order is shipped. Once fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible.
